Breakfast Banana Split

I tried out a new recipe for a fruit starter this morning – a Breakfast Banana Split.  Thanks to Shellie at the Claiborne House for posting the picture that got me started.  Here is a photo of ours.

It was easy but delicious – everyone cleaned their plates!  A banana half (sliced lengthwise) on the plate first, topped by a dollop of vanilla greek yogurt, berries (black and blue) and fresh pineapple, sprinkled with a little homemade granola and drizzled with pomegrante molasses.

I think we have a new addition to the rotating menu!
